Alongside her wide career as a performer, Mariza Anastasiades is passionately devoted to the art of teaching.

Mariza teaches at the University of Nicosia and the ARTE Music Academy, where she mentors and inspires young singers in their first steps toward artistic excellence. Since 2015, she has been a member of the faculty at the Nicosia Music School, under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture.

She believes that performance lies at the heart of musical growth. Her students are encouraged — and inspired — to participate in competitions, festivals, and concerts across Europe, as performing is an essential part of their development and artistic identity. In her teaching, Mariza combines classical vocal technique with expressive interpretation and stage artistry, helping each student discover their own authentic voice. Her lessons cultivate not only technical mastery, but also confidence, curiosity, and a deep connection to the beauty of music.
